「Such an amazing experience to stay at this B&B, the owner was so helpful and nice to gave our detail guide to parking garage, recommended a wonderful Michelin restaurant for dinner, and of course the breakfast was far better than expected, there were so many food choices. 」

「We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff.」

「Simply stunning accommodation, spacious and serene. Great with kids as there is a kitchen included. Staff is lovely and cleanliness is spot on. There is a playground and the pool is really big. Only downside is that we only stayed 4 nights, should have been a week really. We will be back 」

「Location: Excellent, on Ortigia island but close to mainland. Near open air market & many good restaurants. Facilities: Common areas are superb & luxurious. Room is OK, not great. Bathroom too small, especially shower, which also leaks after each use. Service: At breakfast, service is excellent. Housekeeping is OK, sometimes good, sometimes a bit off. Food: Judging from breakfast, restaurant probably very good. In conclusion: If the bathroom was larger and better, it would truly be a 5-star...

「Good location in centre of town opposite cathedral though a bit awkward parking outside hotel whilst checking in. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast in ornate ballroom. Booked a deluxe room but it was a bit dated and small, quite dark with a modular plastic shower unit. 」

「The good: The staff is EXTREMELY helpful! They communicated very clearly through Expedia how parking worked, and that we needed a reservation with a garage 100m away. We also needed to register our car license plate with the city, as the hotel is in a controlled traffic area. The hotel managed the city registration and parking registration for us! 「We liked the hotel and choose it for it's size of the rooms which are hard t find in the area. Proximity from here to Modica/Ragusa was also great and why we picked it. Breakfast was nice since there arent many options very close but there was a charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful but some didnt speak English very well so patience is key or better to know some Italian! We booked their largest room which was a nice size but the bathroom was very small even by Italian standards. Furniture...
