"This property is directly across from beach access. It is adorable. The room was spacious and VERY clean. The continental breakfast was fresh and easy. Pool area was clean. Hotel provided beach towels and chairs if needed. Staff was super friendly. This was my first time in Venice and I had a wonderful time. Hubby and I could walk to village which was about 3/4 of a mile away. I would go back again."

"BEWARE! The pictures you see of the beach are not what you get. We were there for four days and two of them, the seaweed was a foot high, hot and smelly and went into the water so you couldn’t just step over it. I told the front desk, they said I was the first person to mention it (I find that VERY hard to believe) and the next day it was still there. I literally paid for the amenity to walk to the beach (like the one they had pictured) and we couldn’t even stand to be down there for two of the four days. We could have stayed somewhere inland for a cheaper price. I feel like we got ripped off totally. I tried contacting the manager twice and it’s been a week and he hasn’t returned my calls. There are plenty of other places to stay. Shop around."

"The room was clean and big. Had everything I needed. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. Excellent restaurant attached to the motel for breakfast and lunch. Pool was located outside the rooms double doors. Venice Beach was about a mile away. Walking distance since I didn’t have a car. Shopping all within walking distance."

"Clean well kept rooms and property. Close to the beach. Very good food. Seems like a way more relaxing place to stay than the sister property Lido Key Beach Resort. Close walk to restaurants and shops. Nice staff."
