"We loved our stay and it would be our first choice if we return. Great beachfront accommodation on best beach area. I do not recommend room service there as everything arrived cold. Go to little coffee shop by golf cart rental instead."

"Good position with excellent staff and good choice of restaurants. The only negative was finding ourselves in a room with an adjoining door to an extremely noisy group of other guests. Fortunately this only impacted us on the last day but was it was pretty dreadful and stopped us sleeping. If you’re a couple I would make sure you are not put into one of these rooms. If I were the hotel I wouldn’t put multiple party people in such a room where the only soundproofing is a thin wooden door. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay."

"While the property had great possibility, sadly the entire stay felt disjointed due to the way things are run. Example- rooftop pool that has no food/bar available…even though there is a restaurant on the rooftop. The hotel advertised that the rooftop bar was open at 3pm, yet we never saw any staff there until the restaurant prepped to open. The staff seemed undertrained and consistently put into circumstances where they were unsure of how to fulfill a request. Again, while the property was nice, I would not recommend returning until management irons out quite a few wrinkles. "
