「Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était également très décevant, les repas étaient immangeables. Nous y avons séjourné une semaine...

「We had a short stay here and it was pleasant. We had a bungalow which was quite large. It was clean, linen was clean but the pillows were awful. There was also no aircon in the bedrooms. The bungalow was dated, ripped sofa and old kitchen. The gym isn’t really a gym, a couple of very old machines and a few light weights. The pool areas and communal areas were clean and tidy, breakfast was great. Not a bad location as you can walk to the beach and local restaurants in 5 mins.」

「Ideal location for what we wanted. Breakfast buffet included was lovely. Rooms nice and clean and towels provided for the pool area were a bonus as many places in pdc dont provide this.」

「I have visited Lanzarote loads and have always stayed in Puerto del carmen. However, after my visit to these apartments I will definitely be back. I booked last minute and I have honestly never stayed in such an amazing place for the price. If your looking for a chilled out time the I recommend you stay here. My only negative if there has to be one is that there is. Omar conditioning but this would not stop me going back」

「Points positifs : taille du logement (comme un appartement), kitchenette (ustensiles, plaques électriques, frigo, évier, hotte…), terrasse avec mobilier, piscines (avec transat +/- parasols), propreté globale, petit déjeuner complet varié et correct, personnel aimable, proximité avec des commerces et la plage. Points négatifs : nous avons attendu 1h30 avant la disponibilité de la chambre (on a été patient mais on aurait aimé y accéder plus tôt) ; attention aux insectes qui peuvent rentrer dans...

「We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September.」

「Great accommodation. Never sunbeds available beside pool people Leave towels out on sunbeds night before be prepared to do same. Great location but bit of a climb to accomodation. 5 mins from main strip.」

「Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.」
