「Clean room, Nice bathroom and shower. However, the breakfast had much to be desired. The choices of food were very limited. The only hot food option was a Jimmy Dean Breakfast sandwich with some of the worst sausage I've ever eaten. Not a good start to our day.」

「Shame on Clarion Hotels for neglecting this waterfront property and letting it become a sad, shabby, not inexpensive, hotel. The room phone was broken, the room safe didn’t work, room keys didn’t work, the room was poorly lit, and the bathroom was yuck. The staff was friendly, though our room across from the housekeeping area was loud with staff arguing or having conversation. The restaurant was fine. The only thing edible at the free breakfast offered by the hotel, was a tiny yogurt.」

When I told them at the desk I am going write a review off my disappointment I was told go ahead. Guess they don’t care about my business. My daughter just move here in buffalo for med school and for the next 4 years we will be back and forth. They really don’t care .」

「The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and its budget friendly. There is also a free coffee machine and snacks at the check in office. But, its an old motel and the rooms are a little smelly. The rooms are non-smoking but people smoke right outside the rooms and all that smoke gets through the vents when the AC is running. I think the motel should ban smoking all together outside the rooms and designate areas away from the building. If you don't mind the smoking and the...
