「Great location, easy check in, helpful staff and very affordable」

「一間國際油名的酒店, 在整體管理及房間清潔低於一般水平. 我住兩晚, 竟然沒有人清潔房間,廢紙箱內仍然有垃圾, 沒有更新毛巾, 及收拾床舖, 查問前台人員, 竟然對答時執房的政策是alternative day收拾房間, 即是我住兩晚不會有清理房間的服務. 早上在大堂升降機與一名應該是酒店的管理人員一同乘搭, 升降機地面有水漬, 我跟他說有水漬, 他只是笑一笑, 我回來再乘搭升降機時竟然沒有清潔. 其次所謂歐陸式早餐, 冇乜選擇, 咖啡非常普通, 將預製食物翻熱, 只係讚的是,工作人員清潔台面十分努力, 對這間酒店有少少失望.」

「We only stayed one night in the Trinity suite. It was accessible from the outside also as well as the inside. It was very quiet and the bed was super comfortable. It has kind of an odd layout, but doable for one night but not for longer I feel. The breakfast at a communal table. The next morning was very nice, meeting like-minded travelers. I would recommend the Trinity suite for one night maybe two at most. However, everything was wonderful, just not a long-term lodging.」

「Was too busy out and about in town to take advantage of the amenities in the hotel. My only complaint about the hotel is that our room didn’t get attention every day and when you are paying that much money per night, I feel like the room should be made up for you every day.」

「It was very convenient being close to the airport and having the shuttle but out of the four places we stsyed in NFL, it was the most expensive.」

「Room was very clean, spacious and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the jet tub worked properly. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and the breakfasts at the on site bistro. Staff are very helpful and friendly.」

「Loved this place was great that there was a bar you could go to in the motel and had slot machines which was amazing not something our hotels have back at home so it was a nice touch and very clean rooms. The parking is limited so just keep that in mind you might not have a parking spot right in front of your door but I highly recommend」

「The staff were super friendly and helpful, location was good and the hot tub and pool were clean andwell maintained. Only one restaurant on site with a limited menu. Accessing the hotel via the driveway is only one way which makes it dangerous for people being dropped off because cards are backing down the one way so they don’t have to pay to access the parking lot to get out. Vending machines were practically empty and housekeeping needs a little more attention. I personally did not like...
