「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「The service was amazing! Hotel was very clean, beds were so comfortable. The pool area and hot tub was amazing, we were there for hours. We dined at both restaurants, food and service was really good. We were stuck due to snow storm after checking out and staff let us use the amenities while we waited for the storm to pass, we appreciated it so much. We will return!」

「Super late check in, 3am, quick turn around and checked out by 9am. Friendly staff, quick check in and lovely clean room. Didn't get a chance to sample any other amenities but the prices at the cafe seemed quite reasonable. Would definitely recommend and stay again. 」

「All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.」
