「Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消，但我們已經去到了，便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適，房間只有一個USB插頭充電。洗手間廁紙有待改善，是薄紙張不吸水的。吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水，早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。整體來說十分滿分有八分」

「Our room washroom could use a good cleaning. Mold on the bottom floor in the grout and the shower head could be new. Hard not to get water on the floor when showering as well. Made it extra to clean so you would not slip and fall on tile」

「Clean room, had breakfast & Staff were excellent & very Pleasant. Liked the shops & restaurant. I found the hotel quiet, harborview was nice, except the Friday was extremely Noisey unloading the ships. No Microwave in My room, was my only disappointment although there was one in the lobby, that is Not feasable, to cook a frozen dinner to take back to the room or in the morning to heat up my coffee in my PJ's without going to a Lobby. Overall it was a Nice hotel and easy access to shops. 」
