「Hotel in general was nice and beautiful. But our room room was crazy hot and needed 3 fans to cool it down and one fan working all night Nice leisure area. Plenty of choice- pool, sauna steam, gym, jacuzzi Tasty breakfast 」

「It's relatively quiet (some traffic noise) with plenty of parking space, close to the river and a short drive from Stalham and a few more miles to Wroxham. The former has a Museum of the Broads and the opportunity for a boat trip while the latter is a busier place with boat trips, boat hire and more shops.」

Complimentary upgrade to double deluxe (Bed was superking & super comfy) Room facilities and room cleanliness were great, staff were very friendly and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Would definitely recommend this hotel and we look forward to visiting again.」

「Stayed for 2 nights beginning of May in a deluxe room, allocated room 2 which is lovely, comfortable, very spacious, with four poster bed, seating area and huge bathroom with a bath and a shower. Great views from both rooms of the sea and gardens. There is a disadvantage of this as it also facing the bar terrace area so if people are quiet and respectful all good, but could be an issue if not. Also the lift is next to this room which is quite noisy, luckily it wasn't going too much while we were...

「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「Host was most helpful and accommodating. The room had excellent facilities, especially the shower. Only one gripe was the firm mattress which is probably good for most people but not what I'm used to. The location was excellent and central to some m ce walks and places to eat.」

「The room was clesn and comfortable, housekeeping staff were very helpful especially helpful with my wife who was a bit off colour. The general quslity of catering was better than our last. Our last day breakfadt was goid however consistency needs to be maintained. Front of house staff work very hard, especially Nial, & Jenny. As a former auditor i would suggest a visit by a snag fixer and this place would be cracking. Small changes, massive differences.」
