"I was very disappointed with this stay. we booked this particular place for the waterpark, live music and pool with bar, It would give the adults and kids all things to do where we could just hang out and not have to spend any extra money around doing things. This was our plan. The waterpark and pool with bar were shut down for remodeling. The live music was karaokee 2 hours a day. And it was located by the closed pool so not like we could swim and enjoy as it is advertised. There was another pool and indoor pool on the other side of the property. basic pools with poor upkeep. those pools were closed for cleaning 1 of the 3 days we were there. zthe trashcans there never got cleaned the 2 days we went and were over following. Overall the place just wasnt as discribed. The house was very cute and very neighborhood feeling, but could have been cleaner. We also had house keeping come in while we were napping one day because they thought we were supposed to be checked out, when we were there for another day, Overall just wasn’t the experience I paid for. We could have rented a hotel with a pool for much cheaper and received the same experience."

"The rooms are clean but dated. We were on the 3rd floor and had to I run the water 3 minutes before we could get hot water. If you don’t find a discount I wouldn’t pay the rate they ask. The staff at the dock acted like it was their first day except for Asia. She was great at what she does. This isn’t the resorts fault but during our stay the kids were a big problem. They took over the smaller slide and were clogging the slide with one kid halfway down. Then another 5 or six would get on the slide at the same time. Until the water pressure built up and finally pushes them out. We left the 1st night it happen. The 2nd time I finally spoke out. The main pool was better monitored"

"The place has a lot of potential, nice view from the deck,, good price, like the layout, good location, but also a lot of issues, other rooms may have been better, ours shouldn't have been rented out. 1)The office wasn't on site. 2) They had 1 packet of regular coffee in the room, we had to call to have more delivered & you couldn't get more than 4 at a time, we were there 9 days, we had to call again to get more 3) Wasn't vacuumed 4) Mold & ceiling falling apart as well as water dripping through from above in the room for the hot water heater & furnace/AC. 5) Lost power, just our unit, got power back but A/C didn't come back on 6) The (2) patio door screens were in very bad shape, torn & bent 7) A broken glass in cabinet 8) One of the ceiling fans was out of balance or not tightened properly to ceiling, very wobbly & noisy unless it was on high"
