I had sent a couple of emails to inquire about something and got no response. When I got there, nobody was at the front desk and the door was locked. I walked around thinking I was probably stranded, and luckily found a guest by the pool, who gave me the front desk girl's direct cell number. She eventually showed up after being out. 「The room was fine. I encountered no staff. The check-in, check-out was entirely mobile which would be great if there were no errors. Our door code repeatedly failed until randomly it didn't. There were no staff to help us either. Additionally, the walls are very thin so we heard many conversations that kept us up all night.」
