「Last minute booked. Its almost always the worst room.when its the last one . Even though it was next to the reception desk it was quite and sound proof . Ample enough and no street noise」
「The staff, facility and the whole experience was amazing. When you are inside the hotel property, the outside world is shut down and it feels like a sanctuary of its own. I enjoyed my experience.」
「Simple, access with door codes, communication was good with instructions. Rooms were clean. Property was quiet. Location is great with everything being right out the front door.」
「Muy bien ubicado. Muy buen servicio. Un desayuno muy rico. Yo también era uno de mucha calma, y eso me gustó mucho.
Great location. Great service. Delicious breakfast. The environment was calm, and I like that a lot.」
「I had a wonderful time from check in to check out! The location is central, safe for a solo traveler, clean and staff was friendly and attentive. The staff were always willing to help and were accommodating. All the food and drinks were absolutely delicious! And the rooftop view along with the pool options are the perfect way to end your night. I’d definitely recommend staying here, especially for the price. All the amenities work just fine (air conditioning, pools, daily housekeeping,...
「The hotel was nice enough and very central however, being central also brings forth a lot of noise, filth and questionable individuals. As soon as you would walk out the smell of urine was overbearing, music would be pumping until 3am every night. I also was charged a fair amount because they were unable to remove my red hair shedding from the towels. I have been a redhead for over 10 years, stayed in multiple countries and have never had such fees applied to my room.」
「Right as we arrived we were greeted with complementary drinks ,friendly staff and an awesome smell emanating from the hotel. throughout are stay staff was accommodating and friendly they even gave us recommendations on were to go.
We decided to get to purchase the romantic package for the spa and it exceed our expectations.
Everything was perfect and we would go back again,Highly recommended this hotel for your stay .」
「The breakfast is very very light
Bad service and a very very small buffet.
No espresso. We are in Colombia !!! Come on !coffee is important . Espresso machines are cheap now ! I want to pay for my good coffee but please buy a machine.」
