「All the staff were very courteous and accommodating. The suite was spacious and clean. After a long trip we were surprisedly welcomed by wonderful mix of sweets and fruits carefully prepared in the room. The beddings were very comfortable. We will definitely return to the hotel when we return. 」

「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「Great location, few minutes by walk to The Lourve and easy to get to most of the main attraction. Hotel staff was nice especially the staff who serve the breakfast was very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with some toiletries that not usually offer in other hotel. We had a great experience in this hotel and highly recommend to stay when travelling Paris. 」

「The room was spacious with well appointed, comfortable furniture. Large windows looked across the beautiful Paris skyline. The hotel restaurant "Kitchen" is set in an elegant, high ceiling space with superb food. Best of all, the staff is warm and friendly. Altogether a wonderful experience! 」

「房間超級小，浴室更是小到不行，窗外就是大型通風管和冷氣主機，有噪音。」

「首先酒店職員服務態度非常好，十分友善和很有禮貌。酒店附近食肆林立，很多選擇，行街購物也十分方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適和清潔乾淨整齊。不過酒店餐廳清潔就有待改善，原因是我發現盛載橙汁嘅玻璃杯既然留下之前住客嘅紅唇印在杯上，員工沒有洗乾淨及檢查，真是嚇了一跳，十分噁心。再加上有蒼蠅在食物上飛來飛去，令人不安。」
