Our recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room, labeled as a "cozy room," was extremely tiny with barely enough space to open our two suitcases. The bathroom was equally cramped, making it difficult for even one person to use comfortably. There was no space to place toiletries, and the sink was minuscule.
They provided tap water in a refillable glass bottle tasted unpleasant, and we were unsure if it had been used previously, prompting us to purchase our own bottled water. The room's old, dirty-looking carpet and towels with unpleasant odors added to our dissatisfaction. Additionally, there was no night light, making nighttime trips to the bathroom challenging, and the absence of washcloths was inconvenient.
The key card frequently malfunctioned, requiring trips to the front desk for reactivation. With only one staff member present at all times, assistance was limited. Overall, our experience was far from satisfactory, and we do not plan to return.
