「接待人員非常的熱心帶領我們到新的飯店建築, 我們得到升等優惠, 該房型有棒的湖景及寬敞的空間. 這是我們意想不到的驚喜.」

「I paid Chf112.- they told me I will get a bunk bed room with sharing bathroom and toilet. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......」

「交通，行街，非常方便，早餐好味」

「酒店还是蛮干净的，但没有洗漱用品，包括一次性拖鞋。酒店位置在阿尔多夫镇上，出去几步路就是公交站。因为周一要很早走，提前一天晚上check-out，还能用欧元支付，还行」

「Toller Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich – man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne nochmals.」

「Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant.」

「Though it is not located in the center of the main tourist sites, it is not far away from it. If you drive, it only takes 10 mins to get you to the heart of Lucerne. Plenty of free carparking lots are provided. Good scenic view as well. 」

「Very well equipped apartment with parking facility in a nice town close to the lake. Located in a quiet area, this new buiding offers comfort and peace of mind. Had a small issue with an appliance during my stay, contacted customer service who was fast to react and find a solution for me. For people not confortable with remote help, this one works big time. I was amazed how quickly they help. Highly recommended. Thank you customer service to make my stay as I expected! Will book against next...
