Hermitage hotel is a wonderful place to stay Rafaela on reception did really great job on assisting us. Every staff there are nice and kind. Waking up with the lake lucerne and mountain view was amazing. We definitely coming back. Highly recommended for others to enjoy.

Fantastic stay, in a beautiful location with easy transport links. Room was perfect with an amazing lake view. Lovely food and service in the bar area, but had some issues with dining room in main restaurant, this was addressed effectively at reception. Overall a fantastic stay.

The hotel advertises as a Spa but they had no spa services available to book, nor would they bring in anyone to provide them. we had to go to another hotel. The price was very high for the value. The staff was great. The beds were the best we found in Switzerland. The room was beautiful.

awesome stay overall. only thing i would say is the staff is not well informed on the swiss travel pass information. the boat that stops at the hotel is covered by swiss travel pass however on arrival the staff told us it’s not covered causing us inconvenience.
