「Nice Hotel, good security. Walking distance to Fuente Circle. And with shops and pharmacy just under the building. The facility is new, and room is cozy with everything in it, nice fumet with pineapple flavouring. Room is very clean as well. Hot shower. They even provide tooth brush and shampoo. 24 hrs reception and good security, you can only get upon the floor by your room card. But should notice that they need 1000 PHP deposit when check in. 」

「優點： 1.應該是開業不久的關係，整體環境（浴室、床鋪）及設備都非常新穎乾淨，使用起來讓人非常放心； 2.當日的櫃檯人員溫和有禮並且能以英語溝通。 其他： 1.前來住宿的旅客需自備沐浴用品及拖鞋，雖然會增加一些行李重，但這也是能讓住宿費那麼平易近人的關係； 2.房間的隔音不佳，當日凌晨入睡時，隔壁間的旅客才前來入住，然而因為房間的隔間與天花板有大約3至5公分的空隙，所以是完全無法阻隔聲響的，但這就是青旅的常態，如果是淺眠的朋友建議多加考慮； 3.旅店位在二樓，但其並沒有電梯，有大件行李的旅客建議可列入考慮。」

「Very convenient for a short stay, just had a bit of struggle reaching the place coz Expedia's location is inaccurate. Called the hotel and was responsive. Location's landmark is SWU-Phinma, Google map is the key. Staff was accommodating, just raise your concerns and they are willing to assist. During my stay, I walked to Fuente Osmeña and (if you don't mind walking longer), I walked going to Downtown colon to Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral. South bus terminal is also walking distance which is...

「房間很普通，甚至比我們原本預期的差一些，但還算是舒適。而且櫃台小姐永遠對你笑，非常親切的為你解答任何疑問。像是第一天在機場買了ＳＩＭ卡被騙，而且還沒有幫我們把網路設定好，但是來到旅館詢問櫃台後，櫃檯小姐就幫我們把網路搞定了。第三天開始，我朋友因為吃到不乾淨的東西得到腸胃炎，一直狂上吐下瀉，櫃台小姐也是聽說之後，馬上拿了藥給我朋友吃，睡一晚之後就好了許多。而且因為朋友生病的關係，房間真的弄的很髒，但是客房服務也都幫我們整理的很乾淨，還祝我朋友早日康復。真的是間很溫馨的旅館！！」
