The bathroom had black mold growing on the toilet. The toilet would not flush. When I walked into my room it smelled like mold and cat urine. The sheets had cat urine stains on them. I travel with my own sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels so I disregarded it. I just stripped the bed and used my own. One of their old and stained towels I had to lay on the floor to sop up the black moldy water. Make a long story short.... At checkout they held up the dirty towel for everyone in the waiting room to see, everyone of the employees and even my new in-laws to see. They said you have to pay for this dirty towel. I paid out over 3,000 in tips the entire time I was there. He embarrassed and humiliated me. I told him Ok I'll purchase your torn, stained towel because I am being blamed for it being dirty. He wouldn't give me a price. I said how much is it he wouldn't give me a price. In the end he either wanted to humiliated and embarrass me and didn't care about the money or he wanted access to my credit card. He refused to give me the towel even if I purchased it. The night crew was so friendly and wonderful. The room was so bad I rented rooms at a different hotel and left my stuff in this hotel just for storage. I had a lot of luggage.
