Staff was awesome, hotel great. My only issue was the in-progress renovation on the 11th floor and the very strong chemical smell in the hallway that seemed to bleed into the room.

It is going to be difficult to find a quality hotel and perfect location (inside the mall), as the Seda Hotel in the Cebu CBD. Plenty of services just few steps away, and endless entertainement

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing (presentation and the quality of food). Only issue was the hallway carpet which was a little dated with permanent stains. Overall, I love staying at Seda. Thanks.

Seda at Ayala center is favorite of ours. We are here once every three months. We love the hotel location, room, and restaurant. Bell staff is super attentive with luggage, getting taxis or anything else you need.

A Good 6-Night Stay for Shopping I stayed here for 6 nights and had a good experience overall. The location is excellent if you are looking to do some shopping, and the staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. The property itself is pretty old, and the carpet in the hallway was quite dirty, which needs some attention. However, the room was decent and the breakfast was decent as well. It is a good choice if you want a great location and friendly service, despite the older facilities.

シャワーの圧力がかなり弱かった。 シャワーの温度がかなりぬるかった。 ラウンジのビュッフェが、以前よりショボくなっていた。
