Every Seda location I have stayed at has been amazing. The pool area was closed this trip for remodeling however the hotel itself is nice. Gym is really big and staff super friendly

Pleasant smell as you enter the lobby and rooms are modern and clean. Breast buffet was to die for, made me gain 5 pounds, food was tasty and prepared with care. The gym with spa was just amazing. Love the cafe next to lobby - great for drinking coffee while waiting. Overall, the staff were professional and helpful.

Hotel is a little tired and carpet really should be replaced in the hallways, however rooms are very clean and staff are incredible. The breakfast buffet is TOP NOTCH. Location is 10/10, being right next door to Ayala Mall.

Great breakfast. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu City . The one we stayed was in the former Marriott Hotel connected to Ayala Mall. Perfect location as you do not have to take a taxi to the mall. Staff were helpful in every way. Very good sized rooms . True to other reviews, carpet is dates but the bathroom size will make up for it. Room is fairly priced for the benefit that you get.

The staff were outstanding. They go out of their way to help. The rooms are decent size and clean. Shops are a stone throw away at Ayala mall. Breakfast was ok. I think other hotels in the area have better breakfast selections and better quality. I was disappointed that the pool was not available.

Had a satisfying and relaxing stay here just a few days ago. Great location, just adjacent to Ayala Center Mall. A modern medium-sized relaxing buffet dining area with satisying food choices and attentibe staff. My husband and I were in a twin/king room. It was clean , bigger compared to other standard hotel rooms we had with a similar rate. However the TV should be upgraded though for streaming like Netflix, You Tube, Amazon Prime, etc. Front Desk staff polite and professional enough. I recommend this place.

The room was clean and well maintained. Housekeeping was available 24/7 and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent! There were many choices available for guests to select. I love the fact that one of big shopping malls was a walking distance. The only downside was a construction noise during one of the night we stayed.
