「Amazing. We took our 5-m old baby and they were so kind and prepared for us - baby bath, baby towel and crib. Each night the staff brought around little gifts too. 「This hotel is a lovely oasis of calm in the city of Ponta Delgada! It’s stylish and modern and the pool is a welcome destination after a day out adventuring. Breakfast was delicious; I cannot recommend the restaurant for dinner as it is closed Monday and Tuesday nights (the two nights of our stay). 「We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. They provided a travel cot, a high chair as well as a baby bath, which was lovely. The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette has everything you need (though I wish the microwave door opened the other way as it's a bit awkward to get into).
