「Extremelly helpful staff,very kind and always ready to support. During our stay someone had stolen our goggles and towels and staff helped at least a little compensate. Also as we had an early flight we were on the island 9hrs prior to check in. Staff made our room available sooner as well we were able to buy breakfast that we didnt have originally arranged. The property is located in amazing Zen garden with pool, complete tranquility a privacy secured. It was a lovely stay.」

「Absolutely beautiful place to stay during our time on the island. Staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect every morning. They even provided a birthday cake for me during our stay. The history of the house added to the charm. Room was lovely. 」

「Amazing. We took our 5-m old baby and they were so kind and prepared for us - baby bath, baby towel and crib. Each night the staff brought around little gifts too. An amazing farmhouse hotel with pineapple thermal bath and sauna and pool. Plus they threw pizza parties and summer parties too. Couldn’t have asked for a better first family Holiday 」

「This hotel is a lovely oasis of calm in the city of Ponta Delgada! It’s stylish and modern and the pool is a welcome destination after a day out adventuring. Breakfast was delicious; I cannot recommend the restaurant for dinner as it is closed Monday and Tuesday nights (the two nights of our stay). There was some construction going on that was a bit noisy during the daytime hours (renovations of a nearby property) and the beds were too firm for my taste. 「Very clean and modern facilities, excellent rooms in terms of comfort and amount of space. We did have trouble with our booking, but on arrival the staff was very helpful in sorting it out. The breakfast in the morning was very nice, and the pool out back was great, even in the cooler weather! Would definitely recommend!」

「El recepcionista fue amabilísimo, nos enseñó las instalaciones y propuso actividades que hacer en la isla. Estuvimos solo una noche (de paso) pero es un lugar donde me podría alojar más tiempo. La habitación (nº1) y el cuarto de baño eran amplísimos y muy limpios, la cama muy cómoda y grande. El comedor-cocina compartidos muy bien equipados, todo súper nuevo y moderno. ¡Lo recomiendo 100%!」
