「We loved staying in our Bluebird Cottage! Check-in and check-out were super fast and easy, the staff were helpful and friendly, parking was right next to our cottage, and the grounds were immaculate. It was in a great location near lots of little shops and amazing restaurants, and the closest place to stay if you're going to the Idyllwild Renaissance Faire! I am only rating it 4 stars though because our room smelled pretty bad. It almost smelled like pee and light mold and we had to air it out...

「The place was great. Very comfortable and well outfitted. It's in a neighborhood, down a short dirt road, no driveway, you will need to park on the street and leave room for neighbor to get to their driveway gate. There are stairs down to the door (not wheelchair accessible). Not a big deal, just a note if you're bringing a lot of stuff or more than 1 car it will be tight.」

「It was a very nice stay with helpful staff. We did have an issue with the television in the living room which staff did help to try to resolve. Ultimately, it was not too big of an issue for us as we used the pool and went out often. We would return.」

「I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance...

「Staff were accommodating and polite, but property needs a little TLC. This historic property smells a bit old and rusty but the bed was clean and comfy. I didn't care for the refillable bath products due to sanitary issues but that's just me! Location is safe and convenient to restaurants. I give it three stars ☆☆☆」
