"Office was closed but the staff next door was friendly and courteous. Needed to have the pool area unlocked and had to ask for towels for later that day. Parking lot needs work. Very rough. Suggest using a different cleaning product. Smelled a bit musty in the rooms. Beds were comfortable and clean. The park across the street a plus and able to se the falls."
"What a lovely place, staff are wonderful, pool was clean, room was clean. No signs of any bugs which is my main research eh n getting a hotel. I would absolutely use again."
"We picked this hotel because it was close to the Mountain America Center and I’m glad we did. Just a short walking distance. Room was perfect, quiet, comfy bed. Loved the full sized fridge with ice maker. Close to some pretty good food spots. I highly recommend Burly Burger for some yummy food and Moose Ridge coffee co. Best coffee and pastries ever. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and inviting. We definitely stay again. "
"We arrived at the motel kind of late (after 11:00 pm), so I wasn't expecting much of an interaction from the front desk, but the gentleman working that night (I can't remember his name) was very friendly and attentive. He could probably tell I was tired and got us in our room as quick as possible. For a 50 year old budget motel, the lobby was up to date and welcoming.
The building our room was in was quiet, and the room was clean. We were on the 1st floor and couldn't hear anyone in the room above us, and could faintly hear the people in the room next to us.
The beds were older spring mattresses, so they were a little bouncy for my liking, but still supportive and comfortable enough for a good night sleep. The lady who turned down our room was really nice too.
The only negative I comment I have about the room was that there was some mildew built up on the ceiling over the shower, probably from people not using the exhaust fan during/after using the shower. But that's nothing that would keep me from staying here again."
