「I had a rough stay due to a very large, extremely loud group that kept the halls noisy until about 1 AM. The staff genuinely tried but weren’t able to get the situation under control, and I ultimately had to move to another hotel in the middle of the night. To their credit, they immediately comped my room without any hassle, and I appreciate that they took responsibility. 「We love the staff and staying at the Quality Inn in Pocatello! Great location, clean quiet place, and excellent staff.」

「In my opinion the room was smaller than I expected, also is a central air, meaning it gets hot in the room w almost no AC, then We opened the window and helped. I wish there was hooks by the door to hang coat and jacket. Also an extra small table would be helpful to put stuff on it. But besides this we had a great time, we enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was very comfy.」

「I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.」
