「Could’ve used a little more attention to detail on housekeeping staff, hallways were a bit dirty along with carpet being outdated stained needs a good cleaning has a funky smell, coffee pot in room definitely needs to be cleaned. Advise no fresh coffee or ice water available until breakfast room opens in morning at 6 AM. Would be nice to have those amenities available in the lobby 24 hours.」

「The rooms are small but very well kept up. The bed was comfortable. When we opened the door in the bathroom it went out to a patio with chairs. It was easy to walk to the river. They setup a kid friendly movie after dark. served popcorn and cotton candy. I would definatly stay again. 」

「we had a stuffed animal that went walkabout on our check out. staff stepped up and found the beast. The woman that mans the breakfast buffet needs a raise. she was everywhere all at once. She also was available the day before when we needed some guidance.」

「Very charming grounds and hotel. Id say the easily nicest in town. Bed comfy, breakfast good and served in a very nice area of the hotel. Quice excellent. Many options. Hot springs were nice. Restaurant had great menu but we didnt eat dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful. 」

「The cabins are so clean, comfortable and very close to everything. The fire pit was such a great addition to our stay. Overall this is the best place to stay when visiting Lava Hot Springs. 」

「The hotel was showing a little age. The railing for the interior stairs seemed loose. Overall a nice place. The beds weee comfortable. The staff friendly. Parking lot is large enough to handle trailers. There is an Applebees restaurant within a few minutes walk. 」
