「Room and property was clean. Staff messed up my stay and charged me twice for the room and it took a day to credit my account. Then the same lady was rude when my family and I were at the pool but let this other family stay past the 10pm close time in the pool area. One of the entrance doors was broken the locking mechanism wasn’t working so anybody could come in and out of the property. 「The staff was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Bed little to firm but good. Got up this morning to take a shower but tub and bathroom sink had backup water in it full of hair. Wasn't there last night but was this morning.」

「Was dirty, mouse traps in hallways, “employees” “grilling” shirtless in the parking lot. We didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t refund us because we already checked in. DIRTY, UNSAFE, FALLING APART」

「The free breakfast delivered to the room at 11 was good especially since we wanted to sleep in and check out was at 1200. The room was cute, but not very assessable for those with any issues. The bathtub in the room that we stayed in was a very large step or climb down. The bed was small and up against the wall which made it difficult for the person sleeping next to the wall to get up during the night. The staff were very nice and helpful. 」

「I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.」
