「The staff didn't seems friendly when we checked in. She were unhappy with our booking, I guess she couldn't earn more money since we booked the cheaper room. But we are guests, why she thought the unhappy face to us.」

「In my opinion the room was smaller than I expected, also is a central air, meaning it gets hot in the room w almost no AC, then We opened the window and helped. I wish there was hooks by the door to hang coat and jacket. Also an extra small table would be helpful to put stuff on it. But besides this we had a great time, we enjoyed the hot tub, the bed was very comfy.」

「El hotel esta es un pueblito pequeño y se siente bastante aislado, pero es un hotel muy comodo. A tener en cuenta es que el tren pasa muy cerca del hotel. Pense que seria un problema por el ruido, pero no se si estaba muy cansada o la cama estaba tan comoda que despues de un rato no note el tren y dormi como un bebe.」

「There was a mistake with the deluxe cabin listing I booked. The KOA owner Andie, and manager staff made it all right. It's a great, beautiful location. If we return, we will most likely book on the KOA site and reserve a Deluxe cabin, (choose numbers 1-5) that is fully furnished with bedding, a kitchen and a fireplace experience with a great view. If you book through Expedia, just make sure you know if it's furnished or if you need to bring your own bedding and towels.」

「Second time staying at the Hillside. Love it here!! Spacious room with small couch, TV...comfortable, clean beds. Large shower, shampoo conditioner and body wash included & clean fluffy towels. Games under the beds for entertainment, patio with tables and chairs to lounge with partial view of the town. My only suggestion is if you drink coffee, bring your own sugar and cream. We'll book here every time!! You won't regret staying here!」
