Friendly staff, Chris in reservations was very polite and accommodating when I called in to add my daughter to the reservation. She told me the room was good. I was also told that my granddaughter absolutely loved the pancakes at breakfast. Keep up the good work.

From the wonderful greeting upon our arrival, to the helpfulness with essentials we forgot the staff was wonderful. Plus the great location, and complimentary breakfast make this hotel a great place to stay.

Room was great! Our stay was great!! The breakfast was decent I thought there was more of a variety based off of the hotel website. Eveything was great, the only thing was Stacy was snippy when we had questions about the breakfast options. I see if she was overwhelmed because it was busy and there was a rush but her customer service could be better.

Loved the breakfast, good variety. Enjoyed relaxing in the pool/ hot tub, however the hot tub was full of grit and needed cleaned. The girl at the front desk when we checked in, at approx 5:30 pm was not very friendly.

I like where the ice machine is conveniently located and a place to refill our water bottles. I am not an environmentalist but like how they are so environmentally conscious. Every little bit helps our planet. I also appreciate how they allowed us to change our reservation with no penalty. We are in our late 70s and were hurrying home for my husband's surgery that got moved up. Our room also had a beautiful view of the river and walking path. I highly recommend this place. The staff is incredible.
