「Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent.」

「The room was cozy, clean, and well maintained. The location is very convenient — close to Migros and just a short walk to the metro station. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. However, there are a few things to keep in mind: there are short stairs in front of the lobby, so you may need to carry your luggage, and staff might not always be available to assist. 「So it was okay. The walls are thin so hopefully the people on your floor are quiet. The room itself was nice and clean, good room service. Breakfast was fine too. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in putting effort to accomodate me. Post surgery, I needed to order food and I had to plead in order for him to help me out by entering a local phone number code into the app. He ended up doing it, took him 2 seconds. But I didn't appreciate having to plead in the condition I was in. Otherwise...
