「The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. 」

「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「What a dream come true. You definitely don’t stay at Ushuaia for luxury or comfort, the rooms are small and it’s a party hotel. But it was the most amazing experience. Yea the lobby looks like you’re staying at a motel, but the restaurants, nightlife, pool, location and beaches make up for everything! The service was amazing!!! Anything we needed towels/toilet paper etc.. never took more than 10 min. The room service was great and also very fast. The beach restaurant and pool was amazing vibes...
