「The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. 」

Never in all my travels have I been treated so rudely and dismissive as this woman who seemed upset that she had to deal with my daughters and I. Everyone and everything else was five star. 「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「Lovely adults only hotel. After travelling with kids so often I forgot how quiet it can be when they’re not with you. Great pool, lovely food. We had half board and it was so great. The dinner is so nice (3 courses… and not a buffet!). Would definitely like to come back here again.」
