「While otherwise everything was excellent, I have to strongly downgrade the place for the following reason. This is a concierge-less fully automated property. We got there exactly at 4, and the front door did not open w the provided pin. After trying several times, my wife discovered that an additional button had to be pushed, while I was on the phone unsuccessfully trying to get somebody on the provided phone number. This button was not disclosed in the instructions. That took 10 minutes....

「Proximity to excellent biking, ability to view lake while dining. The pier and views from it are superb. Friendliness of staff. Really nothing we don't like about the facility 」

「Convenient for a day visit to Vermont, ferry just down the road. Although we stayed two nights room was not cleaned or towels changed during our stay.」
