「Contacted Customer service 3 nightas about smoke detector blinking throughout night and this issue was never resolved. Quite dissaponiting. 」

「We loved the whole vibe of the hotel. Staff and food were fabulous. Chairs and umbrella everyday at the beach. Close enough to walk to dining in the neighborhood. Loved our pool view room. So sad to leave. Hope to be back soon!」

「Loved the staff, especially the pool staff, beach staff, front desk and managers. Opal runs a wonderful hotel where you don’t get that “corporate” feel. Hotel is older but they redid it and it’s lovely. Front desk staff Brendan was awesome too. 」
