I had a horrible experience staying there last weekend, I was traveling with my two kids (11 and 5 years old), and this stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We experienced continuous issues in the room: • WiFi barely worked • TV kept turning off on its own • The AC was broken and making a loud, unbearable noise • The room was not clean—there were visible stains on pillowcases and sheets, which is completely unacceptable The worst part happened on our last day. When we returned from breakfast, we found water leaking from the ceiling directly onto our table, where my iPad was plugged in and charging. This could have caused serious damage and was a major safety concern. At checkout, I reported everything to the front desk employee, Ricky. Unfortunately, he showed zero willingness to help. He said the manager (Mike) was not available and that there was nothing he could do. When I asked for a printed invoice, he refused, saying the printer “was not working.” I called the hotel again later to speak with a manager, but the same employee told me the manager was still unavailable. I then asked to have my invoice emailed, and he refused again. This level of customer service is unacceptable—no accountability, no assistance, and no basic professionalism. If you are planning to stay with your family, especially with kids, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. I will be escalating this issue to corporate. 0-star experience. Do not recommend

Overall a good stay. Check-in did take a while because there were some complications with the guest before us but the wait does not fall on the staff. They did what they were able and brought out another member to help with the line of guests. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The property itself is old so the room does feel a little cramped. It is on a major street which conveniently has many shops and restaurants providing a lot of dining options and easily accessible stores if you forget anything. It does tend to get loud early morning though. The location is close to many freeway entrances making it easy to get to many places throughout OC.

I put a reservation for my son called ahead of time to see how much of a deposit he needed. The lady Mia told me if I book the reservation with a credit card. He only had to pay $100 in cash when he arrived. She said she needed $300 in cash although he did not have 300. He only had 100. Expedia was so kind and called the property to try to cancel the reservation as I made the reservation within 15 minutes of his arrival the hotel would do nothing to help the situation. He had stayed there before and never had any issues so therefore I called the bank and stop payment on the account do the fact she misled me when I booked the reservation so their customer service is horrible. Their manager backed her up and said he would not return my money so now they’re gonna have to fight for it. I understand there’s misunderstanding, but I also ran hotels for 35 years owned and operated for restaurants never in the world would I ever have treated a return guest the way I was treated by this hotel I had my credit card on file if there were any thing that needed to be charged .

Amazing Staff, Thankyou to the maid who found my sons ID we had left in the room, the front desk immediately contacted us and we were able to go back to retrieve. Great hotel , good breakfast , clean with amazing staff.

Convenient location but needs major updates. Our tv only worked 5 min at a time - would just turn off every 5 min. Another con was the bathroom: it was clean but the counter was so low. The sink was so low as well making it hard to just simply brush teeth etc. The water pressure was another struggle, It was very low water pressure.
