「The vineyards were beautiful and the pool so quiet and peaceful and heated. The breakfasts were incredible. The location was central and parking was easy. There was an amazing coffee shop inside an old windmill house. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Franschhoek. 」

「Elsje was the most lovely person, she is so friendly and welcoming. She had great tips about what to do. Unfortunately my sister and I got sick but she was so kind and helpful. We were sad to leave and wished we could have stayed longer. The maison is beautiful, great pool, very good breakfast and the elderly chicken adorable! Highly recommend this place! 」

「Average stay at a good location close to franschhoek town and also the tram station. Bed sheets didn’t feel clean the first night and we had to request for a change on the second. There’s a small pool however we didn’t really get a chance to use it because there are only a limited amount of beach chairs and guests seemed to be lurking around and jumping to it whenever one became available. Management should consider having a few more chairs there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 」
