「Staff very well they let me earlier check in and no charge (if room available) no any hotel do like this I very appreciate and thank you for this take care of us five star for service.」

「Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).」

「Bon Acceuil à notre arrivée, bon rapport qualité prix, literie de qualité , calme, propre. Dommage qu’il y ait peu d’ustensiles de cuisine (pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, comme prévu uniquement deux tabourets, bien que chambre pour quatre personnes…). Le vrai point fort de cet hôtel et son emplacement à proximité direct de Time Square entre Flatiron et l’Empire, métro à 100m.」

「I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!」
