「Beautiful property located in a very special and unique part of the Sacred Valley. If you want the most luxurious stay in this area, this will be it. Service was great. Pre arrival communication was good but not great. I ran out of shampoo whilst taking a shower. Rooms didnt have AC or TV that I could tell. Pool couldve used some skimming of debris. Otherwise perfect stay. Make sure to feed the alpacas!! You can catch the Hiram Bingham train to Machu Pichu literally right outside hotel entrance...

「At arrival we met John, who is a true asset to the Ayni team!!! Coca tea was made while our paperwork was completed, then we had a carafe of hot water, bottled water and chocolates were sent to our room. Room clean and comfortable, everything is new. Breakfast first day was made to order, second was buffet. The only drawback for us was that it was father from the city centre and needed a taxi to meet with friends. 」

「It’s a best place to stay in Ollantaytambo with the ruins viewable from the roof top and our room window. It’s not steep as we thought walking up from main plaza. We enjoyed walking around, to the ruins / restaurants. Felt very safe among the locals. The owner and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They organized the transportation to pick us up from Cusco airport and toured the Sacred Valley. They provided free luggage storage when we went to visit Machu Picchu. It’s about 15 minutes...
