「It was great that our flight arrived in the morning and got to the hotel around noon time and received an early check-in to our room. The front desk service was wonderful as the person gave my child some small presents and told her to collect all the Conrads dolls at different locations. The hotel is located right across from St. James subway station, which makes it very convenient to go to anywhere in the city. The service at the hotel was great as they've people standing outside to help...

「Todo excelente , solo decepcionante el servicio de concierge , no son de mucha ayuda y tampoco les interesa serlo , pero hotel y locación están perfectos !」

「Hotellet var nyåpnet og ikke 100% ferdig oppusset under vårt opphold. Serviceinnstilt betjening, fine store rom, god AC (vi byttet til dette hotellet da vårt første hotell ikke hadde god nok AC for å håndtere 30+grader). Rett over veien for Apollo theatre (Wicked Musical) og kort vei til Victoria station (Gatwick express). Grunnet noen issues med det ene rommet vårt fikk vi gratis frokost. 「Excellent service, best location, 4 mins walk from the underground and shopping area and next to the theatre. The interior design of the loddy, room and everywhere is amazing, you can find new detialing everyday. The room is comfortable as well. I will stay here in the next London trip.」
