「I stay here for three nights. The first thing is they told me that they need to down grade my booking due to my booked room has some problem. They compensated me with free breakfast and airport transportation- it's good. The door man is also very kind and helpful. But, the reception is not that friendly and not proactively responsed my request. I asked them to give me an adaptor and they didn't inform me if they didn't have any available. 「La mejor opción para quedarte en Madrid, mejor ubicación imposible, te queda todo lo turístico a 5 minutos caminado, hermoso barrio, seguro. Las instalaciones son hermosas, como en la foto, limpio, excelente servicio del personal. Lo único es que hay un nightclub enfrente y los fines de semana puede ser ruidoso, para mi no fue problema porque era un viaje de fiesta, pero si alguien quiere descansar puede ser molesto en fin de semana.」
