「Perfectly good place for stay over before/after a flight from Gatwick or for contractors.」

「We had a wonderful stay at Ockenden Manor, the staff are lovely, service in the restaurant is excellent and very friendly. Shout out to the chef, each dish was beautifully presented and so delicious. We enjoyed every course and then took a walk around the gorgeous gardens. Our room (Luke) was spacious, beautifully decorated with views over the gardens and the bed super comfy. Relaxing in the spa and time around the outdoor pool made for a perfect mini break. We hope to return soon! 」

「Anazing hotel」

「The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the snoring from the neighboring room at night. I requested two bottled waters, but they did not provide them. The drainage in the bathroom is poor - after about 10 minutes of showering, the water starts draining out, as the shower area has a shallow floor and does not have enough time to properly drain. However, the hotel is indeed very close to the airport.」

「The hotel is first class, staff very friendly, my only criticism was breakfast which was hugely over priced for what you got, it’s ok the price if the portions reflected it, but it was like eating at primary school again but paying top dollar for it 」

「We checked in after midnight as we need to stay for one night before return home. Check in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. Reception lady was courteous and efficient. Would certainly stay again if needed in future.」

「My stay at Premier Inn Gatwick was fantastic, super convenient, just a 1-minute walk from the airport, and I’d definitely stay again. Clean, Modern and very quick check-in. However, Expedia listed the latest check-in as 12 AM, which caused stress and almost cost me £100 for an Uber. Expedia should clarify that guests can call ahead if arriving after midnight. 」

「It was a pleasant surprise to find this place. We felt right at home, not only because of our stay, but also because of Alina's incredible kindness.」

「Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.」
