"This hotel is really a motel. The photos and description did not begin to compare to the actual property. There were stains on both bedspreads, the bathroom tub/shower toilet were badly stained. The room was so disgusting we checked out 15 minutes after checking in, and decided to find other accommodations, which was difficult. The exterior room entrances were not safe. Do not stay at this property unless you're desperate."

"The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the water. The front desk representative was friendly at check-in. The only complaint was the breakfast brought to the room. You place an order the night before and it's brought to your room. The food was not good. You had to pay for parking as well."

"It was a fine hotel. But it didn’t measure up to the glowing reviews I read beforehand. It was newer, so that was nice. I want impressed with the TV in the room. Pretty basic, and no streaming services. Also, maybe it’s my tech ability, but the thermostat was a bit challenging to operate simply. Also, if you stay there, make sure you get a room NOT on the first floor. We had to, as we booked it close to our visit, and we wanted a king bed. The breakfast was good, better than other chain. We might stay there again, but will look at other options first."

"Disappointed the large outdoor pool with water slide was not open. The indoor pool water was cold. There needs to be more than one elevator, we were put on the third floor, at the very opposite end of the building where the elevator is located, and trying to find a parking spot near the end of the building with the elevator was a problem. Check in and check out was fine, condo was nice and clean. "
