「The hotel was lovely friendly staff, great location and looking over the canal.
Breakfast great, good value for money. Rooms were a little tired and a few cobwebs but it was mostly very clean.

「The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I had 100% support from my enquiry, throughout my event and through to checkout. Highly recommend.
If there is anything to consider, the bedroom would benefit from an upgrade plus put plugs near the beds. 」

「I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake.
The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.」

「Lovely stay and great staff, we had one of the suites which didn’t disappoint! The only complaints I would have is the spa jacuzzi out of use and very tough sleeping pillows! 」

「The staff at reception were lovely. The breakfast is amazing and the team were brilliant. Nothing was a problem and they were all very friendly. The hotel deserves its 5 stars. The rooms are gorgeous and super clean. We will be back 」
