'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach
Laundry service was very expensive eg. $8 for a pair of socks, $11 for a t-shirt. The Mountain View was good although you could still see all other buildings, a car park. We had to move rooms twice due to poor air conditioning (no heating during a storm), damp smell, noisy construction work right ...

Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
The room was very nice, the location was fantastic, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the swimming pool is very small. The dining options are limited. And there is nowhere to sit down and hang out other than some hard wooden benches in the lobby.
