Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa
We were told we needed to bring our luggage up the escalators by ourselves. As two older women traveling, this was not appropriate. There is no elevator on the ground floor. Awful!!

Room was filthy and incredibly tired. Pillows and mattresses were so old and used. The property was in terrible condition and absolutely overrun with people.
