「Pros-Check in and check out was super easy and clear. Parking was free and great, we were able to park right by our unit. It is central so close to lots of stuff. Shower was hot and stayed hot for awhile! Host was quick and clear on communication. There is a microwave, small ice box, stove top burner, couple pots and pans. The AC worked well and the TV is big! Bed is comfy but squeaky. Cons The walls are thin so we could everything upstairs and around. The only mirror in there was a small one...

「You feel like you're visiting a friend's summer house, relaxed and cozy. No frills, very chill. I was a little concerned of street noise being in the center of town but super quiet and all the other guests were well mannered. Loved the accessible "caffeine depot" as I had some jetlag.」

「Breakfast good for $20 adults, parking $26.xx, property fee $23.xx each night. Good amenities on the grass (corn hole, etc.), nice chairs by the ocean. Not much beach (rocky). Nice beach park 2.2 miles from the property. Low season probably in mid-April but not very busy. Overall recommend for a short / medium stay.」

「In short, we would stay again but there were pros and cons. Overall this is an epic oceanfront place and we had a great time. View from balcony, sunsets on the property, ocean noise and beach access were all 10/10. Wifi was fast and reliable. Parking situation and general grounds were very good. I did not care for the extremely thin window right above the master bed. Road noise woke me up a couple times each night without fail when some random person bombed down the street. Bed pillows...

「We had a beach view balcony and the room was very clean. We stayed a week and the great staff cleaned daily. Every one was very friendly and helpful. The parking is valet and your car is always ready when you need it. 」
