"The hotel was well maintained and our room has great views. Location was perfect and close to everything. The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. When we asked questions about local transportation, the front staff provided everything possible to support our needs. Everything was very organized and their staff was super professional. We regretted that we should have stayed longer. Strongly recommended this hotel!"

"I love this hotel! I pass through for work and usually stay just one night prior to a flight. It's always easy to book, the front desk is always so kind and helpful, I've stayed in a standard and upgraded room and both were nice and clean. Views from the food area are great. Supplies are available as needed. 3-5min walk to big shopping area. Easy, flat, 25min walk to Hiroshima peace park and museum - to get there from the hotel you walk through the shopping area so there are things to look at. 7/11 with currency exchange is a few doors down. Great hotel!"

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in while we explored the city. In contrast, service at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. When we asked about a table after checking in, we were simply told it was fully booked, with no alternative times or nearby restaurant recommendations offered. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms and excellent views, but maintenance issues and inconsistent service prevented it from feeling like a truly high-end experience."
