"Some guests were fight very aggressive and loud , woke my daughter and myself out of a deep sleep , sometime after midnight on the 6th floor . Was kind of scary . We were debating about calling security"

"This was an “interesting” stay. The lady at the front desk was welcoming, the room was nice and clean. However, the pool drink credit was unavailable because there was no bartender. The time was 4:30pm….pool closed at six. I asked the bartender inside and manager for a drink, neither was helpful as that restaurant was “closed”. Then I had a $20 credit for the restaurant as well. I went upstairs in the evening, before closing time. Music was playing, there were people still eating, the bar was full with full drinks in front of people. Nothing behind the bar was put away. I asked to used my credit, and again, was told “we’re closed, but I can get you a beer”. I asked the bartender if I could have a wine. He poured me quite possibly the worst glass of house wine I’ve ever had, and proceeded to charge me the balance of $3. So, the glass of wine cost over $20??? I’m a bar manager and this entire experience was laughable. On top of that, the free transportation to the casino was unavailable, but they gave me a person’s phone number on a post-it note. Honestly, I would have just not been offered any “perks” at all. Do better. Especially whoever is running your restaurant. Seriously embarrassingly bad."

Margaritaville Hollywood Beach Resort

"Let me start off by saying that we love our trips / stays at Margaritaville. Our latest trip to Hollywood Margaritaville started out pretty rough. We got there Sunday 5/17 and told the lady at the counter that we were going to the adult pool as soon as we got to our room and somewhat organized. We had to wait for our room to finish up being cleaned and inspected for over an hour. When we got in our room, it had not been either of those things! There were crumbs on both nightstands, the desk chair looked like someone dropped a piece of pizza on it and most of the sauce was still on the chair along with crust crumbs and there was what looked like coffee spilled beside the bed that had not been cleaned. After getting cleaning back up to take care of these things, We went down to the adult pool floor and they were closing the pool for a private event. The lady at the counter never mentioned this during check-in and the fact that the pool was closing for a private event that paying guests had to work around on the weekend is ridiculous. There was another private event that closed the kids pool and Landshark for most of the day and night later that week. This has not happened before and we had a lovely time besides these issues, But, these private events need communicated to guested prior to their stay and the cleaning issues need addressed."

"My sister in law and I came and stayed at this hotel while we were in Miami. We were so pleased with the cleanliness of the space, the staff we interacted with were all so sweet and helpful. The property is located very close to the beach, and they had a large selection of beach chairs to use for free. For us the location was great for what we came down to Miami for. We would not only recommend this to friends but would stay here again."

"When they see the picture, I say I like the hotel but when they go, there is true dirty dark you don’t feel comfortable so my daughter she wants swimming pool it’s not swimming pool. He said he wants to take me with the shutter another place to swim and come back that’s right ever ever to get this hotel offer."
