「Very nice rooms」

「Had a lovely one night stay. Got in very late but front desk staff was very accommodating and even helped assist with some extra storage for freezer items. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Would stay again if ever in area!」

「Coffee was bad. Food was barely acceptable. Parking was fine. Staff was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Rooms were not well equipped. They called it a "minimalist" approach. It was not my taste.」

「The property was extremely nice., very well cared for. It sits in a development with a lot of food options. Breakfast was extended hotel fare but properly cooked with an attendant. Good coffee I would highly recommend this hotel.」

「So retro/mid century and adorable! The rooms are terrific. The property is in nice location and convenient to many places, including downtown. The pool was clean and stockec with towels and a pool float or two. The staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. We did go out and grabbed a coffee pot since there is not one in the room. We are already planning a return visit ans sharing the location with friends.」

「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」

「I stayed at the Promissory for one night, Friday 7/24/26. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, modern and spacious. BUT these good attributes were offset by the fact that a neighboring property (Sidewinder) started playing loud, thumping disco music at 5 p.m. that continued without stopping until 2 a.m. Future guests should know that there will be no sleeping until after 2 a.m.」

「Office manager was very kind and response was very fast. The location is close to many convenient stores to buy food or some other travel items. There is a fire station next to the hotel and so I felt safe.」
