「We pulled in to the motel late and were promptly given a room. We had reserved earlier in the day. The room was clean and looked as though it had recently been renovated. Nothing fancy but the bed was comfortable and everything was great.」

「It seemed there was a big push to have lodgers subscribe to the Hilton points plan. It took us nearly 20 minutes to access the Wifi because we did not want to subscribe to the Hilton Club. When we made the reservation, it indicated wifi was available which was important to us. Once we jumped through the hoops, called the front desk, etc. we finally accessed the wifi. 」

「I was on vacation alone and had some dirty clothes piled up, but when I checked in I was told the laundry room was not available. I spent over an hour getting my laundry done at a laundromat 20 miles away. I was very disappointed.」
