The front desk staff (including the woman being trained on desk processes) were extremely warm, welcoming, and very efficient. The staff as well as management were the most awesome people that I have had to deal with in recent years. I travel a lot for work, I stayed in a lot of hotels, this is one of the better ones that I’ve been in in a long, long time, any future trips to Roanoke Virginia will be spent here without question
