「Great 2 night stay, slight issue with Expedia which Tony sorted out for us swiftly, great service and a fantastic room, luxurious pillows and bedding/mattress so slept so well and didn’t hear any outside noise. 「The staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived. She helped us with a dinner reservation and advised us on some things to do in York.
