「Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs.」

「Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. 「Expedia should be ashamed to charge for accommodation in what was a hostel for vagrants. During the period that access was unavailable to us, a neighbour told us that the Hamilton was used to house council-sent people, and we saw three such unfortunate people waiting to enter.
