「Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs.」

「Staff here are where very helpful we booked a family room when arriving into our room there was only a double bed and one single for a family of 4 2 adults and 2 children. The staff were very quick to help and re arranged us a new room without hesitation. We had travelled a lot the day of staying. Decided to eat at the hotel was disappointed that there wasn’t a children menu for our children to pick from. Couldn’t fault the food was absolutely Devine for dinner and breakfast was lovely to all...

The room was clean ans Sraff very friendly. We didn't use the bar as were were attending an R.A.F. Reunion. The only disappointment was the cost of the car park.」

「Excellent stay at the White Hart Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional with lots of choice for breakfast. The dining menu in Antlers restaurant was also extensive and quality of food five star. Staff also very friendly with no stuffiness. We stayed in a deluxe room which was clean, spacious and well equipped with luxury Elemis toiletries. Decent shower and bath with space for toiletry bags as well. Comfy bed and good storage for clothes in room. Very enjoyable...

「The rating was given for two star hotel. This is a motel style, very, very simple. Service was good, the room was relatively clean. We stayed only one night, so we just needed a place where we could sleep. It was a good place to stay for the money paid. 」
